In support of the Army Medical Department, this project includes 22 clinics in the continental United States and an additional site in Hawaii. Community-Based Primary Care Clinics are Army-run primary care clinics located off-post in communities where Army families live to provide easy-to-access, patient-centered, team-based, and quality-focused health care. The clinic’s average 12,000 square feet and includes labs, pharmacies, treatment rooms, examination rooms and support areas.
